Dry vacuum and pre treatment
We remove loose soil with commercial grade vacuuming, then apply a targeted pre spray on spots, edges, and high traffic paths. Pet urine gets enzyme treatment where needed.
Mechanical CRB agitation for a deep clean prep

How long does it take for the carpet to dry?
About two to three hours with our steam cleaning process. You can walk on it sooner if you wear clean socks. We recommend waiting 24 hours before moving full furniture back into place.
How often should I have my carpets professionally cleaned?
Every 12 months for most homes. Every 6 months if you have pets, kids, or heavy traffic. Annual cleaning also keeps most carpet warranties valid.
Will cleaning shrink or damage my carpet?
No. Our steam cleaning process doesn't soak the backing, so there's no shrinking, browning, or seam splitting risk. We adjust our method based on your carpet fiber.
Can you remove old pet urine smell?
Usually, yes. Old urine that has soaked into the pad needs an enzyme treatment, and we can do that on site. For severe cases we use a UV light to find every spot before treating. In very severe cases where the pad and subfloor are fully contaminated, we recommend replacement over cleaning. If the source of the problem is not removed, the smell will come back no matter how well we clean the surface.
Are stains treated as part of the regular cleaning?
Standard spots and stains are included in a standard carpet cleaning. Heavy pet stains, red wine, or spots soaked into the pad may need a specialty treatment. We tell you up front, before we start.
Do you clean carpet for move out and rental turnovers?
Yes. We work with homeowners, landlords, and property managers across Harford County. Book online with room counts and any known stain areas. We confirm the scope before arrival.
Can you clean commercial carpet after business hours?
