Forest Hill is where Eco-Dry started and where Rich lives. We can usually be at your door the same day for cleanings in 21050, and because we know the housing stock here as well as our own neighbors do, we walk in already knowing what the floor probably needs.
Forest Hill is split between newer construction (1990s, 2010s subdivisions like Forest Lakes and Country Walk) and a generous slice of older farm property homes on multi acre lots in the surrounding 21050. The newer subdivisions almost universally have builder grade Berber or plush wall to wall carpet, and we see the typical pattern of dramatic traffic lanes from front door to kitchen by year three. Older Forest Hill homes are more varied: we'll often find original 1970s, 1980s shag in the lower level, hardwood under the carpet upstairs, and the occasional Oriental rug in the formal living room. Tile and grout is a steady call type. The open concept kitchens that became standard in 2000s subdivisions here all have lots of tile, and most of it has never been cleaned professionally. Because Forest Hill homes tend to sit on larger lots, we also see more tracked in dirt and pollen than in tighter Bel Air or Aberdeen subdivisions, especially in the spring and fall.
