Do you use steam on every LVP or LVT floor?
No. We review the floor and available care guidance and choose suitable equipment, cleaning products and moisture levels. Vinyl is not treated automatically like carpet, tile or hardwood.
Will cleaning repair scratches or lifting planks?
No. Our service addresses surface soil and suitable residue. Deep scratches, worn protective layers, lifting edges and damaged planks may require a flooring specialist. Point those areas out when arranging the visit.
