Rich Tobin founded Eco-Dry in 2021 after working in professional carpet care for another company. Rich runs the business, with visits handled by him or an Eco-Dry technician. Rich is IICRC certified, Google Guaranteed, and fully insured. Most homes are ready for normal foot traffic again within two to three hours.
A good visit starts with understanding the space. We ask about the spots you have noticed, previous treatments and anything that needs special care. You hear the plan and agree on the scope before cleaning begins.

What a visit feels like
The method can change from carpet to upholstery or wood. Taking the time to inspect, explain and check the work stays the same.
We inspect the material and its condition, listen to your concerns and confirm the areas and price before work begins.
Loose soil, particular spots and surrounding surfaces get attention before the main clean. Preparation depends on the surface.
From steam extraction on suitable carpet to controlled care for upholstery and hard floors, we choose the approach for the job.
We review the work, discuss any remaining marks and explain drying, airflow and when to use the space again.
The small things matter
Tell us what bothers you, what has already been tried and what you hope to improve. We explain what cleaning can reasonably do.
Access, furniture, delicate surfaces and drying all get considered as part of the cleaning plan.
We check the result, talk through any remaining concerns and explain how to use the space while it dries.
