Rich Tobin founded Eco-Dry in 2021 after working in professional carpet care for another company. He handles every estimate and every cleaning himself. Rich is IICRC certified, Google Guaranteed, and fully insured. Most homes are ready for normal foot traffic again within two to three hours.
Rich started Eco-Dry after years in professional carpet care because he wanted every customer to deal with the person doing the work, not a call center or a rotating crew. He still handles every estimate, every booking confirmation, and every follow-up personally.

Whether it is carpet, upholstery, or hardwood, Rich follows the same inspection-first approach on every visit. You know what we are doing and why before work starts.
Walk-through and pre-inspection
Rich inspects each room, notes fiber type, traffic lanes, and any spots that need specialty treatment. You hear the plan before work starts.
Dry vacuum and pre-treatment
We remove loose soil with commercial-grade vacuuming, then apply targeted professional pre-spray on spots, edges, and high-traffic paths.
Steam extraction cleaning
Our steam cleaning process lifts embedded dirt without flooding the backing. Less water means faster dry times and no shrinkage or browning.
Groom, inspect, and walk-through
We groom the pile for even drying, do a final inspection with you, and leave care tips for keeping floors fresh between visits.
