01Walk the rooms together
We check the carpet, note wear and previous treatments, and confirm the rooms, access and price before work begins.
02Prepare the areas that need it
Dry soil removal and suitable pretreatment help loosen the dirt in busy paths. Individual spots get assessed separately.
03Work the soil loose
Where the carpet allows it, counter-rotating brushes gently work the pretreatment through the pile before extraction.
04Steam clean and extract
The cleaning pass rinses loosened soil from the carpet. Careful extraction removes water along with the dirt.
05Check the result and drying
We review the areas of concern with you, explain any remaining marks and leave practical airflow and furniture guidance.
