01 / The spaces you use every day

Your carpet has a lot of life happening on it.

You notice it most when the furniture moves: the carpet under the table looks different from the path everyone takes through the room. Some of that difference is soil. Some may be wear. We help you tell the two apart before you spend money on cleaning. Our steam carpet cleaning covers living spaces, bedrooms, stairs and finished basements, with extra attention to the spots you point out. Tell us what is bothering you when you book. We will walk through the rooms, agree on the work and explain any treatment that goes beyond a standard clean.

The rooms you live in

Living rooms, bedrooms and finished basements, with the edges and traffic paths included in the conversation.

02

Stairs & landings

Narrow treads and busy landings collect concentrated soil. Include them when you choose your cleaning areas.

03

Moving in or moving out

An empty room is a useful chance to inspect the carpet and clean before furniture arrives. Share your handover date.

Rich is great! We had him come clean our whole house top to bottom and our upholstered couch! He got every single stain out of the carpets/couch and was great to work with. He is fair, kind, respectful, and we will be using him again in the future!

Richard is professional and offers a fair price for quality work. He was able to bring my carpet back to life after 5 years and two dogs. I can’t believe the results. Well done Sir.

03 / A clean with a plan

Look past the spot.

A dark walkway, a fresh spill and an old pet accident are different problems. We check the carpet, ask what has already been tried and explain what a cleaning can reasonably improve. That conversation matters as much as the equipment.

Cleaning can lift soil. It cannot replace worn fibers, repair bleach damage or guarantee removal of contamination beneath the carpet.

What happens on the day

01

Walk the rooms together

We check the carpet, note wear and previous treatments, and confirm the rooms, access and price before work begins.

02

Prepare the areas that need it

Dry soil removal and suitable pretreatment help loosen the dirt in busy paths. Individual spots get assessed separately.

03

Work the soil loose

Where the carpet allows it, counter rotating brushes gently work the pretreatment through the pile before extraction.

04

Steam clean and extract

The cleaning pass rinses loosened soil from the carpet. Careful extraction removes water along with the dirt.

05

Check the result and drying

We review the areas of concern with you, explain any remaining marks and leave practical airflow and furniture guidance.

A few things we look for

Dark traffic lanes

Grit and oily soil can make the main walkway look older than the rest of the room. We assess wear as well as soil.

Pet spots that return

A spot or odor can originate below the face fibers. Tell us its history so we can discuss treatment limits honestly.

Spills and sticky patches

Previous spot cleaners sometimes leave their own residue. Knowing what was used helps us choose the next step.

Spots & pet concerns
Mention recurring spots, previous treatments and any odor you have noticed.
Furniture & access

Before we arrive

  • Pick up small items and clear a path through the rooms.
  • Tell us about delicate furniture, loose seams or previous stain treatments.
  • Plan a comfortable spot for children and pets away from the work area.

Before you use the space again

Carpet often dries in about two to three hours, but pile, airflow, humidity and the treatment needed all matter. We leave drying guidance for your rooms before we go.

Practical answers before you book carpet cleaning.

Ask us about your space

How do I get a price and book?

Choose your rooms, furniture or floor areas in our online booking tool to see pricing. Include access details and any spots, residue or pet concerns. We confirm the cleaning scope and price before work starts, including any separately agreed treatments.

Can you remove pet stains and odors?

Some pet spots respond well to treatment, while contamination in the backing, pad or floor beneath needs a different conversation. Tell us where accidents happened and what has been tried. We assess the problem and explain the treatment options and limits before work begins.

Do I need to move all the furniture?

You do not need to empty the house. Clear small items and tell us which furniture needs attention when booking. We agree what can be moved safely and what we will clean around; large, fragile or electronic items need their own arrangements.

Is a carpet clean suitable before moving in or out?

An empty home is often a useful time to clean because more carpet is accessible. Share the move date, property access and any other work being done so cleaning and drying can fit into the handover.

When can I use the space again?

Carpet often dries in about two to three hours, but pile, airflow, humidity and the treatment needed all matter. We leave drying guidance for your rooms before we go.
